Warranty Statement: Top Technology warrants that products purchased or repaired shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the data of shipment. During the term of the warranty, Top Technology will, at its option, repair or replace any defective product.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to products which have been damaged or rendered defective as the result of accident, misuse or abuse, acts of god, lightning or power surge, spillage or by a non-Top Technology modification or repair.
